Week 15 Reading Reflection

1) I really did enjoy this article more than most of the other ones we have read, but I did find it interesting how this person was able to earn a profit from micro finance loans. Even more so that he did this all while working at the bottom of a pyramid. Pretty nifty I think.

2) I found it a bit confusing that he didn't give into the thugs, yet still left the area.. Those are not the same things...

3) One question I would like to ask is how did you get this PR ad in the HBR?
and the other would be, If you could some up everything that you learned here, what would you say was the most important?

4) There was nothing really here that I could disagree on, it was an article of experience and have nothing ill to say about it.

Final Reflection

1)....... Just going through all my posts and such

2) I honestly think the funnest thing I did would qualify as the one that helped me the most as well as the one I'll remember the most, and that was lurking about in the parking garage with a couple other people from this class as we tried to find people that we could interview, that was pretty fun and helped me get over my fears of approaching random people and asking if I could record them and ask them stuff.

3) I do think I have developed more of an entrepreneurial mindset, I find myself noticing flaws in business on the television, and im constantly trying to come up with new ways to fix things around my house, and honestly I think my weird ideas kind of baffle my friends and family.

4) In order to do well in this course, one must be open to thinking outside of the box and not be afraid of what the future holds. Just constantly try your best and seek out all opportunities that will lead you to a more fulfilling life. Also do all of the assignments, no matter how dumb you may think they are, it'll help a lot grade wise.

Elevator Pitch No. 4

Okkie Dokkie, so I am not going to lie I am glad this is the last elevator Pitch. I still have not mastered it, I still feel awkward in front of the camera, I don't look into the camera that often, and I trip over my words. But all that aside I think I did better this time around with those things. I know it is not perfect, but I have improved a little bit, in my opinion.

Venture Concept No. 2

Opportunity

I currently live in Florida, as I have for much of my life, and one of the main problems I find in getting ready for the day here is that the temperature is severely bipolar. It can be very cold in the mornings causing you to need a sweater, then four hours later you’re sweating because you wore too thick of clothing and it is not 20 degrees warmer. Now my main focus would be Floridians, but throughout my travels I have realized that this is a popular phenomenon in other various places around the world as well. I would be able to focus on students in the University of Florida area at first, because I know they are going through the same things I am, because most have said so. Most people are just ignoring this need and they dress for the warmer part of the day and suffer through the colder parts, or they will do the reverse and dress warm then end up all sweaty at the end of the day. I think that this window will be open for pretty much as long as humans exist. It may not be in the same place, but it is an inevitable part of life on this planet. Most of the time people just use easier to remove sweaters to keep warm and just take it off when they are no longer cold. I don’t think that they are too loyal to this system, and with time and seeing this product I think I could bring them over to my side!

Innovation

I would be able to develop a clothing line that would keep you comfortable throughout the day, while also being attractive and keeping up with today’s fashion needs. It is important to be comfortable throughout the day, and having clothing that will regulate your body temperature as the day goes on would only make life that much easier. I would start off with just shirts, and if that worked out I could branch off of that and actually develop a brand for myself. I would need to come up with a cool symbol of some kind in order to make marketing that much easier. I feel like I would be able to see this for about the same amounts that the big sport companies sell their clothes. I would at first make it less expensive so I could gain popularity, but then I would be able to also create shoes and other accessories that would be beneficial and could sell them for the same amounts as well. Having this type of clothing would not only prove useful to public populations, but the technology could be used in other parts world, and who knows maybe the government would find a nifty use for it!

Venture Concept

The use of this product will make getting ready in the mornings for school or whatever a much less difficult task and people will have a lot less to worry about. I think that customers would buy this because they don’t like fighting the elements, and it really does just make the whole getting ready in the mornings process a whole lot simpler. Like I said earlier it is very important to stay comfortable throughout the day! My competitors would be fishing companies who sell thermal shirts to fishermen, as well as maybe Nike and Reebok. Even though these are pretty great companies I don’t think it would be too difficult to convert them. They will see the benefits and be all for it! Customers will see this new item and be impressed with how useful it is, but also how well it looks because I intend to try to keep with some styles of fashion. I would start this business concept in Gainesville because I know there are a lot of people here who would be willing to try out the product, and after that then maybe could see about spreading to other parts of Florida. And if all that succeeds we could maybe go for the West and maybe branch out into different countries. At the start of the company I do not see much need for a website and being able to ship things in packaging, but after the spread works out then I can see how it would in fact be necessary. With a wider knowledge of the product online more cities are bound to want one and that would definitely help the spread of the company. The number of employees would at first be a smaller number, but naturally with more stores and larger stores more employees would become necessary. I would pay employees based on the stereotypical “the higher up you are the more money you get” with equal opportunity for everyone to reach higher statuses in my company.

Three Minor Elements

First I think my most important resources are my friends and family. Some of them actually know about this kind of technology, while others even own their own businesses. So no matter what I do I will always have someone there helping me go through whatever it is that I have got to go though, so that is pretty cool in my personal opinion. Like I kind of mentioned earlier the next thing for my concept would be adding different types of clothing and maybe even some nifty shoes that kind of go with my idea. The possibilities are endless. I will probably ask customers though what they think should be next, it’d be good to get their opinions f they are going to be buying the stuff.
In all honesty I am not sure what is next for me, I am a take time as it goes kind of person. I will always keep going on with life and I will always overcome any troubles that are in my way. That is a good thing right?

I did have some comments on my post last time that I am not entirely sure how to answer, but I did my best in order to change what needed to be change by clearing up my ideas a bit more. I was able to give a bit clearer idea than what I said last time, and I kept with my style because people commented that they liked it.

Week 14 Reading Reflection

1) I was a bit surprised by the model of corporate entrepreneurship strategy. I did not expect it to be so much and such complex stuff. It is a very precise process that is occurring, and I had no idea it existed.

2) The one thing I found a bit confusing was nepotism. Like I know people do it, but like isn't it frowned upon... I don't know I found it to be curious.

3) Question two makes way to the first question I have and that is, Is nepotism even legal?
The other is, with all of this we have learned in all of these chapters, what is the most important thing in all about being an entrepreneur?

4) I still do not find myself disagreeing with anything the author is saying here, and well that is clearly because I am nowhere near being a professional about this stuff, while they are enough of professionals to actually write a book about the stuff.

Google Gold

1) I think that all of my posts were fairly simple, and I used keywords that people might search if they were looking for something that I posted. I didn't use super extreme words just the simple to the point words.

2) I suppose I kind of answered this earlier in question one. But another thing I suppose I have done is the use of my name... It is a little weird but apparently my name on my blog, when googled, I am the first picture. So I guess that is kind of weird but neat at the same time.

3) I did not really use social media with my blog, I guess it never really occurred to me. The only thing I did was post everything to my google plus account and that has received over eighteen thousand views, so I guess they have seen my posts and that is pretty neat.

4) I think that my elevator pitch posts received the most traffic. I got quite a few views on YouTube, and a good bit of feedback on those posts. I think that YouTube is the only reason it got the most views.

5) All of my accounts I have open to the public were on the first page of google. Those would include my blog account for this class, ifunny, Instagram, and my google account. All I had to do was google either my name or my account name, both showed up pretty much the same results. The only thing that was different was that the pages were in different places on the first page of google.

Very Short Interview Part 2

Unfortunately, I am unable to find the blog for this first assignment, I know I did it because I vaguely remember it, so I will be trying my best to recall everything I did the first time in order to improve this assignment.

1) In the beginning I probably would have been very nervous with my questions and interview processes, but I do believe I have improved on that quite a bit so hopefully this time around It'll be better.

2) So I went and visited the person I think I remember interviewing before, because it was close to home, and figured it would be easy, but alas the actual owner of the business was not 100% sure how to answer the questions I was asking, so he referred me to his secretary who dealt with everything on a more extended level than the actual owner. This women did not want to be recorded so I took notes on what she was saying.
        1) How does one go about controlling the aspects of business within the business such as getting the materials, selling, and paying employees?
-She did not want to give me specific numbers, and I totally understand that, but she said employees are paid by how much they work, how well they work, and how much the material is that they are working with. So all in all everything adds up and everyone is getting a piece of everything.
         2) Why are you in charge of all the business stuff and the boss pretty much id just the "Boss"?
                      - She told me that he was good at ideas, but was too distracted and would begin thinking of other ideas, and should not necessarily be trusted with all aspects of the company. She then related it to Penny in the Iron Man films and I totally get that.
         3) Do you enjoy working with an entrepreneur?
                      - She told me she loved it. She said there is never a dull moment in the work place and ideas are constantly moving back and forth.

3) And well I don't know if they thought I had progressed within this class or not, but they were interested in the questions I asked. I asked more questions depending on answers but these were my main three that I genuinely just wanted to know the answers to.

Celebrating Failure

1) I was very determined to go to every single one of my classes this semester, but then late nights started happening, several papers would be do on the same days, and then I would sleep in, resulting in me regularly missing my first class of the day. I would set alarms early enough for me to get up and get ready in time to make it to class, but alas I still sleep through my alarms.

2) Through this I have learned that in order to succeed and not suck at going to class, I must properly space out my assignments in order to get enough sleep and make it to classes on time so that I have a better chance of doing well in the class.

3) I wouldn't call failure embarrassing because well everyone does it, but it can be easily gotten over. It is difficult to forgive yourself for it though. It stresses you out, but you still have to fight through and keep trying until you believe yourself successful enough to move on with life. This class hasn't really changed the way I think about failure, but more promoted and made me realize I do it right. Like I said in one of my past assignments I just kind of do, and if it doesn't work out I move on with another idea, I think I am pretty mellow when it comes to stuff like that.Image result for failure

Week 13 Reading Reflection

1) I was fairly surprised to read about trying to evaluate companies and place values and stuff on them. They are able to determine what is good and bad about said business, I thought that was kind of neat.

2) I did not find anything in this chapter that confused me, everything was pretty simple and easily explained in this chapter.

3) How important is it to "evaluate" a business in the right way?
If you could summarize this chapter into the most important details what would you say?

4) I still do not find anything wrong with these chapters, the author is a professional where I most certainly am not and well how can I argue with that.

My Exit Strategy

1) Personally I am a more of a "take life as it goes" kind of person, but if I did have a plan for the future, I would what my company to be successful so I could keep it in the family forever or at least until someone in my family sold it or something. I mean I'd still be pretty happy as long as it succeeded for the most part and life was good.

2) Well I mean I guess I kind of explained it above, but I would want to be successful and give my family the option to farther the business after me.

3) I feel like my views and this exit strategy kind of depict who I am as well as how I am going about my business. I am a fairly dedicated and determined human being, but I am also fairly mellow so when things don't go as planned I can typically deal with it and work off of it. I don't know, kind of odd but I can see how this attitude is reflected in both my strategy as well as everything else involved in my business plan.

Week 12 Reading Reflection

1) I found the SWOT concept to be fairly intriguing, I had never heard of it so it was kind of a new neat surprising tidbit of information.

2) The idea of uncontrollable failure was a bit confusing to me, but throughout the reading I think I have a better understanding of it.

3) Do you agree with everything in this chapter? and If you could tell me all of the most important details in what sentence what would you tell me?

4) I did not really agree or disagree with anything here, it is a text book so I just kind of take it as fact, but pretty okay reading for the most part.

Venture Concept No. 1

Opportunity
Hi my name is Katelyn Seavey and I am currently living in Gainesville Florida. I have always lived in Florida and the bipolar weather systems of Florida have always given me problems, as well as a lot of other people I know. During most all of the seasons Florida experiences there are many days where the weather changes rapidly as the day goes on. There have been several instances that I woke up realizing it was very chilly outside, went to class, then after I left class I worked up a sweat because the temperature had gone up so much. Being able to dress for the day no matter what the temperature will change to would be a very good thing to have. The temperature will probably never change here within our lifetime, so we may as well find someway to keep comfortable throughout the rest of the day. Now granted I am mainly focusing Florida, but that is only because I spend most of my time in this state. There are several states in the United States that suffer from this same thing. California for instance can go from 50 to 75 degrees within just hours. So the opportunity definitely exists in other parts of the country and I'm sure it stands in other parts of the world too. It is just kind of a thing that happens, and will probably continue to happen until the world ends.
Innovation
My innovation is developing some type of clothing material that will allow you to stay comfortable all day long no matter what the temperatures are (excluding extreme temperatures). If there is a way to make some type of material that will actually help people regulate their temperature throughout the day, we will be able to make it into pretty much every type of clothing imaginable. Another thing to focus on would be the ability to develop these types of material into fashionable clothing items. In the last assignment we did we had to find another something that would go well with our original project and I choose shoes. I think that shoes would be a good edition because those can be made with any simple material. It would benefit the company to make this type of temperature controlled shoe, but I say take it up a notch and make them quick dry. This would make the ultimate shoe for any weather at all what so ever, and pairing it up with the other clothing items would make for the perfect out for any bipolar weathered climate. Depending on the actual product seeing as this is a clothing line, I could see it charging the same amount as Nike does for its stuff.
Venture Concept
It is very common today for people to want to be ready to go in the shortest amount of time as possible, we have turned into a generation that is always hurrying to do something, very few people have the time to change clothes or do things several times a day. Having an outfit that will allow you to be comfortable and cute all day long is definitely something that will benefit the every growing population of on the move peoples. I think the customers will greatly appreciate this product for the fact it saves time, but also because it is a wonderful thing to actually be comfortable all day long, that is very hard to do and look good while doing it, unheard of. But with this product I should be able to make all of these things happen. My competitors would be basically all clothing companies, because this would be a combination of both work out wear and nice fashionable clothing for an all day good looking comfort that feels like work out wear and could be used as it if you wanted to. It would take some time and effort to get people to try it at first but I don't think the transition will be too difficult for most. This business plan would probably take a lot of people, a few locations, and specialization areas, just to make everything work right. There would also be a need for scientists and people to experiment with the product to make sure it does what we say it does, and they will continue working to create new better things. One thing that may prove difficult would be the distribution of products. The distribution would either need a lot of different stores all over the country or even all over the world, or it would need an expensive website in which people can order online. But we all know a website and online ordering is practically mandatory, but it would be beneficial to have a couple of store spaced about so people can learn about the products and touch them personally to see how they really are.
Important Resource
I think that my venture’s secret sauce would be that this is actually a product that the majority of people in this area would feel the need to own, sure there are people who will think this is dumb and a waste of time, but let’s be real there are people who think that about everything. There will probably never be a single time that everyone is on board with, you just cannot please everyone. I do not believe that anyone would be able to replicate an idea that is so widely needed for everyone, not just ideas that should be used by everyone, but the kind of everyday people stuff.
What’s Next?
As I discussed earlier the next step would be shoes, and why just stop there, after that could be hand bags or really anything that people use now a days. The constant need for branded items is constantly rising as soon as a company begins to do well. So depending on well the company does would determine the things that it makes in the future and what the public demand is.
Finally, what is next for me?
If I actually began this company I would hopefully be in California in five years. It is one of my favorite states and it has a need for this type of clothing as well so I would just have to move myself with my company and hope that it does as well there as it will do in Florida, hoping that everything works out and all. I think my venture will allow me to get there no problem.

Week 11 Reading Reflection

1) One thing I found surprising in the reading was that it is good to have both an innovation and a business strategy, because if you don't they may conflict hindering your business. I never really thought of that before and I think it is pretty cool!

2) One thing I found confusing was that it is good for us to learn from others and what they do, but not to take it to heart.. I thought that was a bit weird but oh well the author is the expert not I.

3) What is your innovation strategy? If you could do anything to change it, what would you change? Also I would want to know how well it worked.

4) I do not disagree with anything the author said, it was a pretty alright read and well they know more than I do so I can't really argue anything.

Amazon Whisperer

1) Honestly, I feel like the only way to make money would be to actually sell the product to people seeing as how it is an article of clothing. I could make money by selling it to other brands, but I don't feel as though that would be as beneficial.

2) Well, I think something that my company could make would be shoes that kind of match th style of the rest of my clothing ideas. These shoes would be "Nike" type sneakers that would help keep your feet warm and cool depending on temperatures and while we are at it may as well make them "quick dry" because honestly it rains a lot here...

3) I believe the shoes will make for the complete Florida proof outfit! Its hot cold rain dry all within four hours, having the proper outfit would benefit Floridians quite a bit. I still think the only way to profit would be to sell, and I think it would create similar customer loyalty similar to that of Nike or Reebok.

4)
Well first of all I hope the picture shows up because my computer did not want to allow the image.. Anyways this is the "Changping Men &Women's Breathable Mesh Running Shoes Slip-on Comfort Quick Dry Sneakers". This shoe is supposed to keep your feet cool and dry quick.

5) People mainly liked this shoe because it was lightweight and easy to run in... none really commented on how quickly it dried or anything like that. People thought the foot hole was too small though and that it didn't go on like a real shoe.

6)  It has this horrible mesh material that I believe it the result of the too small foot hole. I plan to try to make it a thinker material to act more like a shoe but will also have similar qualities and could even be warm in cooler weather.

7) I think this will make my company a full "brand" kind of like. With the new addition of different types of clothing the more the company will make and the fuller the outfit could be.

My Unfair Advantage

1) Determination- I am a very determined person, and if I set my mind to something I will complete my goal, no questions asked. It will allow me to make sure I reach every goal I have for my company. Sure other people may have this, but some may give up along the way.
2) Fashion sense- Though I may not particularly care to dress in the way most everyone else does, I do understand the trends, and how different styles work. This will allow me to make the best possible "thermally controlled" and "attractive and trendy" clothing.
3) Connections- Through the last project I did I realized that I do infact already have my foot in the door with some people. These people, if given the chance would take and use my business idea to help me create a legitimate business. This is something that is more ifficult to come by.
4) Understanding- I have a basic understanding of what is needed to make this product work and how to make it available for the public. I personally think that a lot of people have their own understanding of their own project, but mine is unique to my project.
5) Need- There is an undisputed need for this product in several places around the world, but i am currently focusing on Gainesville. Not every product would be able to say the same.
6) Experience- I have experience in sewing so I would be able to personally make a prototype to check to see how well it works, and would be able to test it personally. That is something that is difficult to do at times, but I have the ability.
7) Willing Participants- I do already know several people in my family as well as friends I have made along the way that would be interested in helping me with this idea if it were to farther. What is even better as that a few of them said they would be willing to work along side me for free until the company became legitimate and that is very rare to find, people who are willing to just risk it all with you.
8) Opportunity- I am located in a city that is very open to new ideas and is always changing things to help better the community so I am in fact lucky to be going to school here.
9) Business Majors in Family- A few of my family members are very involved in stocks and would be more than willing to help me out if i proposed a legitimate business plan to them.
10) Personable- I have worked in retail before so I know how to talk to people and find out what all they want in certain things.

I personally think that my connections are my most valuable resource here. This decision is influenced upon the fact that everything I did list here are either things I have learned from my connections, or are more specific examples of my connections. With the people I know and who they know and so on I believe that if this company was attempted it would in fact succeed because of these connections.

Week 10 Reading Reflection

1) I feel like I knew a good bit of this information but the pro forma statements were a new thing to me.

2) Even though I have heard of net present value, I still do find it to be a complicated term to properly understand.

3) What are two of the most important things to know in this chapter? When viewing all of these things is it better to have a pessimistic or an optimistic outlook on life.

4) I personally did not find anything wrong with this reading, I mean it is a textbook kind of hard to argue with that. Everything here seems pretty right.

Growing My Social Capital

1) Sean Seavey- family member. He has had a lot of jobs in his time and he is mainly a science technical kind of person who very much enjoys fishing all day, so he has been doing research to try to find out how to make the perfect product that he can wear to allow him to be comfortable all day long in the same outfit. I put him in the position of Domain Expert. I found it difficult to find other people who could be even remotely more intelligent in the process than him, luckily I have not used him in any of my other assignments. They are a close relative so i just kind of called them.. He gave me proper "information" on how to create the product, if I promise to include him if I actually start this company. He knows a lot of people in all sorts of places so he could definitely put in a good word for me.

2) Michael Singleton- Sales expert at a store back home, I just called the place of business and asked to speak to him, it was pretty simple. Well I put him in the slot of the important supplier. He is so great with people, he can find out exactly what they need and and will somehow convince them something else is better or he will make sure to have exactly what they need. Like I said pure expert. I have known this individual for a while for we work on the same military base, but yeah. He said he would be willing to help me with anything that related to the customers if I needed it and there really was no exchange, but if I needed his help of course I would employ him. This person would also help me to get a foot in the door because he works for corporate.

3) Jesse Robinson- He is a supply officer in the Navy who has had experience in the sales industry I am looking into. Singleton above introduced me into this person because of their experience in the industry. I also just kind of called this person to talk to them. He just kind of generally have me information and advice and did not want anything in return, but said if i did become part of this company and contact him again and he could help me out.

I feel like with the information that the people gave me here I will be able to understand more about my product to do better interviews and things if need be. I will also have more knowledge on the topic in which I am focusing on. Before hand I was not always sure what I was talking about but now I will have a better understanding.

Elevator Pitch No. 3

Most of the feedback I received on my last pitch was fairly positive and they all encouraged me with my idea. There was one thing that I really did need to work on and that was being comfortable in front of the camera. I did try my best to be comfortable in this video more than the others, but I hope I was convincing enough!

Week 9 Reading Reflection

1) The Marketing Research Question is something that stood out to me because it could help me in the future as well as presently if we have to do anymore interviews with our product we have made.

2) Honestly I was a pinch confused on the different ways of marketing. I guess looking back it explains everything, but even so when and where to use the different ones confuse me a pinch.

3) If you were to summarize this chapter into just a couple sentences what would you say?
Why do you think that marketing research was useless? Just why bother with it?

4) I guess I mostly agreed with everything except for like the one part of the question i asked above. But for the most part this was a good read I enjoyed it.

My Secret Sauce

1) Okay here are my five things that I think set me apart from the rest:
       1) Well personally I think this may be a flaw, but can also see how it has helped me better my life, and that would be my ability to make everything a better situation. I have a knack for trying my best to turn the worst of times into not as bad things, I suppose I am fairly optimistic.
       2) Another thing would be that I prefer to be a happy excitable person, so I am. I think this may tie into optimism but I am generally happy even when things kind of suck.
       3) I am freakishly dedicated to my major. I am an anthropology major but enjoy knowing every aspect i can possibly know about humans, biologically, historically, genetically, psychologically just everything.
       4) I like to think I am a fun person. I am usually put in charge of coming up with what to do for the day by my friends so i suppose that is a good thing.
      5) And finally I think I am a very caring person I will do anything in my power to help the people I care most about, and will go out of my way to make sure that they are happy and safe.

2) the interviews

  1) Branson- Well I suppose I really am a fun happy person! so that's pretty cool!

2) I honestly feel like Vivian knows me the best in this situation because she kind of said all of the things i said.. And yeah with my studies of people I try my best to reduce peoples' feuds.

3) Elsa is very similar to me so we tend to have similar ways of life. She understands me.

4) He doesn't do well being filmed... but i suppose he captured my happy personality. And that makes me happy.

5) my fifth and final best friend is on the other side of the country but I was able to call him and ask him what his opinions were of me and how i was different from the rest and he said I was a fun loving happy person. When I need to do something I tend to get it done, but I am also spontaneous and will drop everything and just do something that i really want to do and well i suppose these things are very very true.

3) Well I suppose everything that everyone said was fairly true and I cannot really argue it. And well I suppose I cannot really answer any of the other questions here because everything was pretty right and spot on.

Half-Way Reflection

1) I really need to work on, and have been working on the constant need to be doing something assignment related. Most days require something be turned in.

2) Well for the most part I have not felt like "giving up" per say but, there were a couple assignments I just did not want to do... I know that's bad but sometimes the just not wanting too would win and I would not do the assignments. But if think this is also contributed to the fact I have to do interviews in other classes and sometimes I just don't want to talk to people any more.

3) Do all of your work. Tell yourself it is fun and just go out and do it, they aren't that bad. Love your ideas, it'll make you want to talk about it more.

The Twenty Percent

1) The company I chose was Classic Design. People come to this company in order to get granite or marble put anywhere in their house. Apparently they also put in sinks and stuff in the kitchen an bathrooms. The customers are higher class people who seek out this type of thing.

2) The people I talked to were all Navarre residents in the holly by the sea area which is a higher class area and all wanted granite in their houses.

3) The company had this pretty on point. This is pretty on spot with what the customers said.

Week 8 Reading Reflection

1) I was very surprised by the amount of myths confronted in this. There are so many myths and venture capitalists are not appreciated it seems.

2) I'm still a bit confused on loans and stuff.

3) Is there a certain bank that one should use or do they all offer different things for different kinds of companies? Are their huge differences with loans for different kinds of companies?

4) I did not see anything here I would disagree with here.

Week 7 Reading Reflection

1) I was fairly surprised to find out how much time and effort was spent in the market segmentation, yet it is not being used to determine purchases, but it is being used solely for advertisement.

2) I'm still pinch confused on the errors marketers make, because the article just kind of mentioned it and didn't go too much in depth.

3) How effective are these advertisement segments, do the numbers show the effectiveness or could the selling of the product be just because it is a good product?
Also what companies seem to be using this market segmentation to the best of their advantage?

4) I didn't really find anything to disagree with in this article, everyone seemed to know what they were talking about, and well I am not too knowledgeable in this topic..

Elevator Pitch No. 2

So i got some fairly positive feedback in my last pitch, but I did change it up a bit because of some helpful suggestions from my peers. I do have a difficult time looking directly at the camera so I changed that, I also added a bit more information to the pitch to try to make it a bit more realistic.

Customer Interviews No. 3

1) I feel like because I have such a basic idea, it's pretty easy to ask really anyone who is in the state... no matter where you are from the weather changes are irritating. I tend to ask similar questions such as is this a problem for you, most people say yes, then I further ask them about appearances and stuff.

2) I feel like most everyone seems to agree this would be something that would be good to have.
