Unfortunately, I am unable to find the blog for this first assignment, I know I did it because I vaguely remember it, so I will be trying my best to recall everything I did the first time in order to improve this assignment.
1) In the beginning I probably would have been very nervous with my questions and interview processes, but I do believe I have improved on that quite a bit so hopefully this time around It'll be better.
2) So I went and visited the person I think I remember interviewing before, because it was close to home, and figured it would be easy, but alas the actual owner of the business was not 100% sure how to answer the questions I was asking, so he referred me to his secretary who dealt with everything on a more extended level than the actual owner. This women did not want to be recorded so I took notes on what she was saying.
1) How does one go about controlling the aspects of business within the business such as getting the materials, selling, and paying employees?
-She did not want to give me specific numbers, and I totally understand that, but she said employees are paid by how much they work, how well they work, and how much the material is that they are working with. So all in all everything adds up and everyone is getting a piece of everything.
2) Why are you in charge of all the business stuff and the boss pretty much id just the "Boss"?
- She told me that he was good at ideas, but was too distracted and would begin thinking of other ideas, and should not necessarily be trusted with all aspects of the company. She then related it to Penny in the Iron Man films and I totally get that.
3) Do you enjoy working with an entrepreneur?
- She told me she loved it. She said there is never a dull moment in the work place and ideas are constantly moving back and forth.
3) And well I don't know if they thought I had progressed within this class or not, but they were interested in the questions I asked. I asked more questions depending on answers but these were my main three that I genuinely just wanted to know the answers to.
Hello Katie! I really enjoy reading your post. By reading through the script of the interview, I have definitely learnt more about entrepreneurship. It is always good that we can listen and learn from the past experience of a real life entrepreneur and try to avoid the mistakes they have made, such as forming partnership with someone with similar qualities is not going to work well. Thank you so much for posting it, it certainly can benefit the readers of this blog! If you like, please check out my blog :

Great work, Katie. It's extremely important that with whatever one chooses to do in life, they pick the brains of people who have already been successful in the field. I think your questions tackle a lot of major points and you created a really good interview. Nice job. Check out my post at http://mudine.blogspot.com/2016/04/very-short-interview-part-2.html
